Clean accommodation, very friendly and extremely helpful staff in a blunt manner. Beautifully decorated hotel with a central location so close to the Yamanote loop train lines. Adjacent to Shinbashi railway station, restaurants, Ginza shopping and train station and the main shopping areas and the Shimbashi Station.
Expensive breakfast.

Well decorated room with a cramped view, modern Luxury style, nice bathroom, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Efficiency from the whole staff. Public parking nearby provided. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Easy location to a double - leaf bascule bridge.
Really noisy area.

Variety of food available in the restaurant. The nicely equipped and practical room with a cramped view of an alley. Very central location, at a short distance from a Hibiya park.

We stayed at the beautifully decorated room with nice bathroom and modern Luxury style and a cramped view. We greatly enjoyed the nice decor. It offered us excellant and unbeatable location right by the main shopping chome and subway stations and restaurants, Ginza shopping and train station;)))

Simply no complaints whatsoever, perfectly pleasant stay. Delicious breakfast for all tastes with quite music and also an American or Japanese option. Comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a fridge, a coffee machine, iron and ironing board in the room. Early check-in, parking nearby. Free Wi-Fi provided. Location next to the shopping district and tucked away from the busier streets.
Not so great views.

The hotel pleasantly surprised us with its value for money. Despite being a 3-star establishment, we found the prices to be very reasonable for the quality and attention to detail provided. The location of the hotel in a quiet area allowed us to avoid the noise of the crowds, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the rooms were of high quality, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
All aspects were okay, no improvement necessary.

Location just off the Ginza, Shinbashi railway station, which is easily access to most of the tourism destinations in Tokyo and the nearby post office. For shots visit Scuro, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The location couldn't have been more convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of local restaurants to choose from.
